Summer Programs

AGES 4 THROUGH CHILDREN ENTERING KINDERGARTEN IN FALL 2013

Package Discount
Book four Preschool classes this summer and get $10 off every 4th class! The four preschool classes must be for the same child.

Please note:The child must be a minimum of age 4 by the class date.

If you are looking for spring/fall programming, please check out our options on our Preschool page.

Morning sessions: 9:30 a.m.–Noon
Afternoon sessions: 1:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m.

Awesome Otters
You “otter” join us for some fun! We’ll be slip-sliding through the Zoo to visit our otter friends from Minnesota, Asia, and the Pacific Ocean.

Cluck with the Chickens
Hens, roosters, and chicks, oh my! Come experience the variety of chickens at the Minnesota Zoo. We will do a chicken dance, create a chicken craft, and learn why this animal is so important.

Sink your teeth into the amazing world of crocodiles. Come meet our West African dwarf crocodiles and other cool creatures from West Africa.

The word dinosaur translates as “terrible or wondrous lizards”. Learn about these “wondrous lizards” that lived so long ago. We will walk out and visit our Dinosaurs! exhibit as part of the class.
