All buildings are wheelchair accessible including the Monorail.
Parking
There are 46 designated accessible parking spaces, located in the first row of all parking lots.
Entrance
There is a drop-off area in the parking area closest to each entrance. Zoo entrances (each of three possible entrances) are all ramped. Automatic doors available at the Zoo entrance. No steps inside the entrance. The IMAX Theater is accessible via a ramp or 21 exterior steps, each six inches high.
Food and Beverage Facilities
Located through out the park. All facilities are accessible to wheelchairs. Tables for guests in wheelchairs are located at the Zoo.
Elevator
Located at Discovery Bay. Serves all levels of this exhibit including the monorail.
Public Restrooms
Wheelchair accessible stalls are located in restrooms throughout the Zoo and accessible without steps. Additionally, unisex or companion assisted rest rooms are available on the lower level by the snow monkey exhibit, in the Monorail station, and at the Wells Fargo Family Farm exhibit. Some restrooms have lower sinks.

- Guests who rely on service animals may bring them to the Zoo provided that the animals are properly identified, inoculated, and leashed.
