There's a colorful new addition to the Tropics Trail at the Minnesota Zoo. A Victoria crowned pigeon chick, which hatched at the beginning of September, has left its nest and is staying close to mom and dad while exploring the Aviary. Two adorable lynx kittens are now on exhibit in the Medtronic Minnesota Trail from 9 a.m. until noon every day. Born May 5 & May 10, this boy and girl duo (unrelated) came to the Zoo in June from a private party and were cared for by the Zoo's animal health staff over the past few months.
