Minnesota Zoo Celebrates 25 Years of the Beastly Ball
Apple Valley, MINN – April24, 2013 – The Minnesota Zoo’s 25th annual Beastly Ball – “feast among the beasts” – will spring to life this Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. In recognition of this milestone, revelers will toast to the tails, claws, feathers and paws that call the award-winning Zoo home!
Local WCCO TV celebrity Jamie Yuccas will host this year’s Ball, which also includes a reception, gourmet dinner, and dancing to Tommy Tiger and the Birdcage Band. Valet parking for this event is available.
Joining in this year’s festivities is the Zoo’s young professional’s organization AZUL whose members and friends will attend “A Wild Night at the Beastly Ball,” beginning with a pre-party event at CRAVE Mall of America. From there, guests will jump on a party bus at 7:30
p.m. to the Zoo. Upon arrival, they’ll enjoy cocktails, dancing, and a Wild Finds game! Proceeds from their event will support the Tiger Conservation Campaign.
