Minnesota Zoo Wants Wild Volunteers
Apple Valley, MINN – August 30, 2013 – Looking for a truly wild time? Become a volunteer at the Minnesota Zoo and meet new friends, learn all about animals, and provide an invaluable service to the Zoo and its guests.
Imagine spending your day in the lush Tropics Trail, visiting Russia’s Grizzly Coast, or observing sharks, rays and eels. Minnesota Zoo volunteers can have all of these experiences plus so many more. The Zoo is seeking people 18 years of age and older who are interested in volunteering 2-4 days a month.
Training is required and begins September 11 with an evening orientation session, followed by five Saturday training classes that begin on September 21.
